Every appointment is one-on-one and tailored to your dog’s individual needs. Unlike busy salons, I focus on quality over quantity, creating a calm, low-stress environment where your dog receives my full attention from start to finish.

Simply submit a request through the website or book a consultation through our ‘Book Now’ tab. New clients will be asked to complete intake forms and provide a current photo of their dog so I can learn more about their coat, temperament, and grooming needs.

Your dog’s first appointment is all about building trust and comfort. We’ll discuss your grooming goals and assess your dog’s coat and behavior. Please brush your dog out as best as you can before arrival — this helps speed up grooming time.

Allow your dog a chance to go to the bathroom before arriving. If they haven’t, just let me know so I can take them out before bringing them into the salon.
Bring your dog on a secure leash or harness. If you forget, that’s okay — I have extras available.
If your dog takes any medication, please give it atleast one hour before your arrival time to allow it time to take effect unless otherwise directed by your vet.

Most appointments take 2-3 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, behavior, and the services requested. Each visit is given the time it needs, ensuring your dog’s comfort and safety.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows enough time to offer the appointment to another client.
A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments, which will be applied to your final total. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiting the deposit.

Yes, for the safety of all pets in my care, dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before booking and I’ll be happy to guide you on what’s needed.

Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
